In partnership with Patterson-UTI and Lead Star, we created DriveSafe—a powerful and emotional video designed to shift mindsets around one of the most dangerous aspects of the job: driving. The video encourages employees to take a more intentional, safety-first approach behind the wheel. We filmed across Texas and North Dakota, weaving together interviews, driving footage, and subtle motion graphics to deliver a message that feels human, heartfelt, and grounded in real experience. DriveSafe rolled out as part of a larger initiative led by Patterson’s HSE team. It stands as a reminder that safety is not just a policy—it’s personal.

After the success of the first DriveSafe video on, we partnered with Patterson-UTI to expand the concept into a four-part series. Each episode focuses on one pillar of safe driving—Seatbelt, Awareness, Fit to Drive, and Eliminating Distractions. By building on the impact of the initial story, we created a consistent set of videos that highlight real employee experiences while reinforcing PTEN’s safety culture across the organization.
